BENCO Tank Stand Kits are simple, strong and affordable. Each kit features a heavy weight tank from Ace Roto Mold along with the BENCO Tank stand. Stands are available in Standard Height and Tall to accommodate different plumbing requirements.
Dosatrons are a brilliant idea. They use the water that flows through them to meter the rate at which they inject chemical without any fancy sensors or even electricity.
Dosatrons are water-powered pumps that inject a precisely metered dose of chemical by using the flow of liquid moving through it to power the pump itself. As the liquid flows faster, the Dosatron pumps faster. As it slows, the Dosatron slows. You always get a precisely metered dose of chemical that is always in perfect proportion to the amount of liquid flowing through the system.
The secret is simple. As water flows through the Dosatron, the water itself moves the piston in the pump that injects the chemical. The pump can ONLY run as fast as the liquid that is pumped through it. Never faster. Never slower. No hydraulic lines or electricity required. Just flowing liquid.
Dosatrons can be added to almost any liquid system. BENCO kits give you everything you need, including the Dosatron pump, stand, chemical tank, and all the plumbing to make it work. Choose the size of chemical tank you need and if you need a 12V agitation pump or not. Every Dosatron kit includes a bypass valve so you only apply chemical to the fields that need it.
Dosatrons come in multiple sizes to meet most injection rates. Choose your Dosatron based on how much chemical you need to inject per acre. The chart above should cover most agricultural applications.
Most agricultural insecticide or fungicide applications are best handled by the smaller 2% Dosatron (D14MZ2), with heavier application rates needing a 5% Dosatron (D14MZ5) pump.
