The most reliable controller on the market for over 10 years running.
Motor controllers are old-school by design. They are an affordable hands-on solution to the problem of controlling the liquid going out to your field.
The idea is simple. We vary the amount of power going to the pump on your system, like a dimmer on a light. Just turn the knob on the control box whenever you need to adjust your flow rate. This gives the pump more or less juice and turns the system pressure up or down, changing the application rate.
If you want to stop pumping, just flip the toggle switch to off. When you turn it back on, it will still be set at the same rate.
BENCO Motor Controllers allow you to target and control your application rates manually. BENCO Motor Controllers give you similar fine grain control of your liquid application rates as a full precision ag setup, but for a small fraction of the cost.
BENCO Tank Stand Kits are simple, strong and affordable. Each kit features a heavy weight tank from Ace Roto Mold along with the BENCO Tank stand. Stands are available in Standard Height and Tall to accommodate different plumbing requirements.
Lift switches are a simple, reliable way to turn off the flow of liquid automatically every time your planter’s bar is raised.
BENCO Lift Switch kits consist of an ultra-reliable push button lift switch, the specific mounting bracket for your machine, and the mounting hardware to install it.
BENCO lift switches are simple switches designed to work with OnSite FMS, a BENCO Motor Control, your field computer, boom valves, or anything else.
We also offer stand-alone kits that use the lift switch to activate boom valves, shutting off the flow of liquid when the bar is raised without the trouble or expense of a field computer. This system is very cost effective and works with almost any pump on almost any planter.
Installing liquid on any machine is always a challenge. Something as simple as having a good bracket can help make the job a little more manageable.
All BENCO’s brackets and stands are designed to make the job of handling liquid just a little easier and work just a little better. These are little things we have developed over the years to make our installs go smoother. We think they can help you too.
We can’t guarantee your project will work out 100% on the first go, but the right equipment will probably get you a lot closer a lot faster.
