A simple flow monitoring system that simply works.

OnSite FMS is a simple solution for monitoring the application of in-furrow liquid row by row on your planter. The system is composed of four pieces.

  • FlowBoards divide pressurized liquid out for each row.
FlowBoards are the backbone of OnSite FMS+. They hold the manifolds, flow meters, mounting brackets and modules for the entire system.
  • Flow Meters capture real time flow rates on each row.
OnSite FMS+ uses electronic flow meters directly after the manifold to get extremely accurate flow rates on each row of your planter.
  • Flow meter data is processed by the  OnSite FMS Module.
The OnSite FMS+ Module takes in flow rate data from each row, processes it and sends and aggregated signal to the OnSite FMS+ Monitor.
  • Real time flow rate data is shown on your screen.
The large 7″ touchscreen displays each row’s performance in an easy-to-read bar graph with target rates and overall performance data.

Know your flow on every row.

If you are already applying in-furrow fertilizer, you know the benefits it can give your crops. What you probably don’t know is how effectively you are applying it to your field. You know how much fertilizer you used, but you probably don’t know how evenly it was spread from row to row.

OnSite FMS precisely measures flow rates on each row in real time. You’ll see problems as they start to develop, not after it’s too late. When each seedling has equal access to nutrients they all grow at the same rate, giving you a beautiful, uniform stand and the most consistent yield from each plant across the entire field.

That’s why we say OnSite FMS+ gives you beautiful fields and bountiful yields.

OnSite FMS shows the actual flow rates on each row of your planter right in your cab.

See actual flow rates on each row.

Watch the flow rate for each row in real-time on an easy-to-read 7” HD display right in your cab. The easy to read bar graph makes it obvious at a glance which rows are plugging-up and which are over-applying product in real time, allowing you to make adjustments before small issues become big problems that impact emergence.

Rows get clogged when you are planting. You can’t stop it, but you can catch it early. When a row turns red, it is  getting clogged. You will know exactly how badly it is affected and can quickly make necessary adjustments to ensure you are getting the optimal amount of fertilizer in each row.

OnSite’s big beautiful display

OnSite’s easy-to-understand 7” HD display always gives you full visibility of your flow rates on each row. Our simple bar graphs show you in real time if the flow rate is dropping on one row or spiking on another. You can tell at a glance how the system is running and make necessary adjustments.

Unlike floating balls, OnSite’s’ big touchscreen works just as well at night or in poor visibility conditions. OnSite FMS also works equally well with any density (or color) of liquid fertilizer. OnSite is always ready to go when you are.

OnSite is available with either a traditional wired monitor or optional Bluetooth module to wirelessly communicate from the planter to the 7″ touchscreen without running any wires. All OnSite FMS systems come standard with a heavy duty RAM Mount for the monitor.

Take the guesswork out of your in-furrow fertilizer investment and see exactly how your planter is running by adding OnSite to your planter today. Call 605-213-1010 now to order yours.
